This publication pays tribute to those who came before us and who were instrumental in the constitutional journey of our country, some of whom are well-known while others remain anonymous. It is a collection of speeches delivered by Mons. Dr Joe Vella Gauci during his tenure as Chairperson of the National and Regional Celebrations Committee between 2013 and 2023. It also includes a Foreword written by H.E. the President of Malta Myriam Spiteri Debono, and various invitations and programmes for the occasion during the same period 2013 – 2023.
